By accessing or using the Ala-Hasba platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. This agreement applies to all users including administrators, accountants, and viewers within an organization.
Ala-Hasba is a cloud accounting platform designed for small and medium businesses in the GCC region. The platform provides double-entry bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management, payroll, and Zakat calculation tools. The Service is a financial data management tool and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all calculations and reports.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account by emailing support@alahasba.com.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or copy any part of the software. Abuse of the Service is prohibited, including attempting to overload the system, attempting to access other users' data, or using the Service to distribute malicious software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or rent your financial data to any third party. You can export all your data at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide the Service 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned maintenance.
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any financial or business decisions made based on data or reports generated by the software. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Danger Zone. Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait.
